Guttering Soffits & Fascias

Fascias are the point where the outer walls of a property meet the roof also known as the roofline. Running along the lower edge of the roof and supporting the bottom row of tiles which are on the lower edge and holds the guttering in place.

Soffits are underneath the fascia boards, which is what you can see when looking up at a building. Sometimes they have ventilation to allow air flow. If this airflow is not there, rot in the timber may occur.
